Declan Gillard-Martin
Declan is the Co-Founder of LeisureSafe and a recognised leader in Australia’s leisure and aquatic sectors. Previously a Nonprofit executive in peak-body associations and working for both local government and management groups, Declan has experience in operations, risk, and industry advocacy. He advises organisations to create safer, smarter public spaces that support community connection, operational excellence, and long-term compliance.
